Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Here’s the process how your exchange or return can take place.

  • For an exchange or return you must notify AHW within 3 days
    of receipt of the product.
  • To notify AHW, write to us at info@ahummingway.com with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.
  • We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details. We will also coordinate a courier pick-up for your piece within India
  • Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. if the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
  • Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 10 to 14 working days the amount paid for the piece.
  • We do not accept returns or exchange for the products which are Altered, Made to Order or Made to Measure.
  • Within India, we would refund the full amount paid. For International Orders, we would refund less Shipping Charges or import duties, customs fees or local taxes paid on the order.
  • If paid by credit card , refund will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
  • Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation.

7 Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason i.e a genuine reason AHW will replace the product free of cost or refund the amount paid by you if your wish to return the product. For an exchange/ account credit return You must notify AHW within 3 days of your receipt of the product.We can accept returns only when items are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Also, items can be exchanged only if they are returned in their original packaging, with their original tags intact, so we ask that you try on each piece before removing its tag.If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

  • Items should be returned unused and with all AHW tags still Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Products are faulty if they are received damaged. items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund , please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Alteration

AHW may provide alteration services Pan India with extra shipping charges. This costs for major alteration service will be in addition to the cost of the product.
